This trip be the great event of my life because its a same date for my wife birthday's, we have such wonderful experience while having a fantastic view and learn new knowledge about wildlife aninmals. Service are good and very recommended for friend and family.
Don't bother to buy tickets. But go weekdays ok je.. no bad smell like other zoo. Clean ... all animals are clean, can share food .. see the show was best .. 🌸💕🥰

There were hardly any people but the floor was so very hot that you had to run in the areas where shoes/slippers were not allowed. The tickets were only valid for Malaysians which it did not tell me while booking in the app.
The safari was nice But the water larky experience was bad Most of the rides where closed and know one informed us Food variety bad nothing to eat
I'm a Singaporean who booked the ticket from singapore.But I was issued a water park ticket for only malaysian.My online ticket was REJECTED as I was NOT a malaysian.Very very disappointed.

I believed I'd paid for tickets that I chose the 2nd of January but the tickets were dated for the day 5hat I purchased them. So something obviously happened. S9 when at the gate we had repurchase tickets as the ones that I paid for with you expired!! So disappointing. So now we are out of pocket for the full price of these tickets

It is understood for venue to increase the price of food. However, the quality of the food sold and services should be par with the prices. For example, corn in the cup were not properly cook and the taste was so lousy. We stop by at one the eatery spot and spending for at least Rm40-50, and they couldn't even provide a single tissue paper. Nonetheless, most of the staff are friendly and helpful.
photo taken there should make example of aquaria klcc...visitor will not confirm whether they buy the photo or not..so dont print it yet...just display it on a screen first show the visitor, if they want to buy then just print the photo..so no waste paper and clean environment. Furthermore, if they want to buy the photo, prepared soft copy of the photo just like aquaria klcc did. they give link/qr code for the visitor who pay the photo to see/download them in sofcopy
Staff at counter didn't know that zoo malacca ticket can be booked online. He responed "booked online??booking kat mana ya? Headout? Website zoo??, etc..i felt like did i just being scam by website..something like that... Redeem online ticket is taking much more time compared to buy it direct at the counter..i being transferred to another counter.. Phewwww
